RS WEATHER UPDATE

Isolated light/moderate spells and sometimes widespread possible from 4th of November till 15th of November. Hopefully, from 12th of November onwards pre-effect mjo trigger rains starts but our major rains start from 16 or 17th onwards till December 2nd week like intermittent heavy rainfall after mjo enter Indian ocean. Tomorrow onwards full-fledged easterlies wind. This only one for KTCC(Kanchipuram, Thirvalur, Chennai and Chengalpattu).
